  1. If the Scrapbook file contains a QuickTime movie, the single frame of the movie showing in the Scrapbook is converted.

  3. When the conversion is completed, you can play the movie and make changes if you wish.

  5. The new movie is saved on disk as it is converted. You don‚Äôt need to save again before closing unless you have made changes.
